enjoyable stay but breakfast options need improvement

The hot breakfast was a delightful surprise. I especially loved the variety of options available which saved me a long trek to find food. The staff was welcoming and made me feel at home, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The mountain view added a charming touch to the overall experience.

The air conditioning in the lobby seriously underwhelmed!!! It felt like a sauna, which didn't fit well with my expectations for comfort. Plus, the strong food odor lingering in one of the rooms was off-putting and should be addressed!!!

I woudl ve been impressed by the breakfast if it didn’t taste like cardboard, and the shower curtains were literally drowning in mold. I was also shocked that I didn’t recieve a complimentary upgrade for my stay. Such oversight is astonishing, really. I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn’t get past the filth.

My stay was really solid! The queen room was clean and comfy, and I was impressed with the hot breakfast options—lots of choices! The manager was super thoughtful too, checking on guests and making sure everything was secure. Great vibes throughout!

The staff were just fabulous! They were always there to help with anything we needed, even arranging our motorcycle parking perfectly. Plus, I loved how they greeted us like family.

Good hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry. Staff even helped with car service on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfy experience! I'll be back next year.

It was just a commendable fit for a walk in the evening in Sturgis with decent value for money. The awesome biscuit and gravy breakfast was a highlight that made the stay even better. Try to get an early start for the breakfast for the best selection.

The common areas were spotless and welcoming, making it easier for me to navigate without any worries. I appreciated the warm and homely atmosphere that reminded me of my favorite cozy café back in my hometown.
